can enroll: unemployed young people and unemployed adults and they have the upper middle school.
Attach to the application: a copy of the tax code, copy of identity document, a copy of the certificate of availability for work.
The number of students scheduled for each course is no 15
If the number of applications received in time is greater than 15 there is a screening test for admission.
