Ah, meritocracy!

not to take away the girl working the Net this morning .. but read this article really made me smile ... you take the merits of a law "stop gaps" (in the sense that no Italian school system certainly problems even if it enhances the best students ..) and then they take away the benefits for lack of funds .... if you want to read a bitter laugh
