WOMEN KNOW WE CHOOSE TO BE ALONE!

On March 8, Turin began with a garrison in the Piedmont Region, a symbol that we could not be called in that day, given the repeated attacks on women by the regional administration.
We refer of course to the protocol desired by the Regional Councillor C. Ferrero, whereby the doors of the clinics would be open to the family of anti-abortion groups (such as the Movement for Life), we can well imagine the damage that would lead to women who come to these places to find support, or just a place to be heard.

Starting from Piazza Castello, we walked down the streets of our city, reminding many of the issues that were fundamental for us to remember in such a significant day of struggle: first defense of the free choice of women, which is not subaltern (a husband, a brother, an employer ..), but mistress of his choices of self-determination and freedom forever.
We also talked about the Middle Eastern women, their role in the fight that you are giving beyond the Mediterranean and the emergence of subjectivity conflict ... These shared content until the procession has reached Piazza Carlina, where the Regional Command of the Carabinieri provocatively protected by a huge deployment of police.
The choice to visit this place is ominous was lived intensely by women who populated the parade, strong anger to reconsider the facts Romans, the rape of a young woman took place in a barracks in the district Quadraro the night between 23 and 24 February. One of the rapists

Dopodichè il corteo ha proseguito il suo percorso continuando a ricordare tutte le donne vittime di violenze, anche e soprattutto quelle donne
che violentate nelle loro case, nel loro stesso letto, non hanno, diversamente dalla vicenda romana, nè voce nè solidarietà.
Il corteo si è poi concluso in piazza Vittorio con un breve spettacolo teatrale, che ha trattato i temi della precarietà e della violenza, situazioni che le donne vivono costantemente nelle loro vite.
E' proprio per la sistematicità di questi attacchi che abbiamo urlato a gran voce che per noi tutti i March 8th is the day, every day a struggle!
