Laboratory Looks sui generis

The book
What is the relationship between bodies, social norms and legal rules?
In questo libro, a partire dall’analisi di alcuni fatti sociali legati alla sessualità e alla sicurezza -dalla nascita della norma eterosessuale alla violenza di genere, dalle ordinanze amministrative Mayors to Cie-shows how the crisis of the state of criminal law and the guarantor will result in racism and sexism so often exceeding even the centuries-old history of fundamental rights. The result is a paradox: on one side exceeds the right itself through interventions on security and control of administrative leave will exceed the other by the same body that wants to rule proved unable to meet the expectations.
